Johnny Ledford's Amazing Story
Johnny Ledford's story is a wild tale spanning the course of the past twenty years.
By all rights and reason, Johnny should be dead. With a new lease on life and a Chevy Avalanche, at 35, he and his partner, Robert Reinoldson are
quickly making up for lost time.
Johnny's life led him through years of working hard at construction, owning successful businesses and building up exciting trucks,
motorcycles and recreational vehicles. But while he was building and creating on the outside, he was quietly destroying his body and life on the inside.
Drug and alcohol abuse is an insidious problem that often sneaks up on people, taking over their lives and enslaving them -
and often while they keep it hidden from even their family and closest friends.
Now Johnny has rebuilt himself with amazing strength and
will power and sharing his powerful story with everyone in the most unique way: Project Clean and Sober.
Why Such a Big Truck?
The Avalanche has never let Johnny down, it's been right there with him since he decided to take his life back.
He was so inspired by his new-found enthusiasm for life, grateful to his family, friends and trusty Avalanche,
he wanted to share his experience and spread a positive influence in the community and the world.
Project Clean and Sober was born with the dream to build the biggest, baddest,
street legal theme show-truck that commemorated Johnny's transformation.
